Fantastic stress busting workshop

As an NQT, I am very keen to explore ways in which I can manage the new stresses that I am facing in my life. Bridget's workshop was very informative and engaging. I left the session feeling positive, with a better perspective on stress (and life in general) and a few different strategies that I can use to keep stress at bay. Thank you Bridget!

Excellent Wellbeing for schools PD

I was lucky to attend a cluster afternoon PD led by Bridget on the 5 ways to WellBeing which was excellent. We examined and discussed what it meant for the individual , the children and holistically as schools and am sure this can be used as a valid tool to address mental health in schools. Thank you. Very valid and very useful.

Messy Crew and Cool Play Crew

Yesterday, I was lucky enough to attend the Messy Crew training and the Cool Play Crew training with Bridget. She is thorough and passionate in delivering the training and makes everyone feel at ease. I can’t wait to start both programmes and have a list of children in mind who would benefit from taking part. Thanks Bridget!

Therapeutic Programme Training

Bridget made things really easy to understand, she was very informative and the training was easy to follow. She also made us feel welcome and comfortable with hot drinks and snacks on offer. All in all, an enjoyable afternoon.

Therapeutic Programme Training

We had a full day of training with staff rotating. All staff have given me positive feedback and enjoyed the training sessions. Now it's down to me to organise and roll it all out! I think the children are going to love these interventions.

Trauma Inset

An excellent morning of training. Some really useful resources for the classroom and individual children. Engaging delivery which allowed us all to participate. Good opportunity to reflect on what we already do well and what we can add to our provision to ensure all children are catered for.

Trauma Inset.

A really useful inset. Y6 love the emoticons and pegs. It’s already helped me to find out more about the children in my class. Lots of really practical, useful strategies. Thanks for a great morning.

Fight, Flight to Calm - Foster Carer training

I just wanted to say thank you for delivering the Fight, Flight, Calm training this morning. Along with my colleague I feel that this is essential training for all of our foster carers. You delivered it in such a way that the time just flew, it was insightful, well delivered and I feel pitched at the right level for our carers. Quite often you attend training and the session content is introduced as only introduction with references to sources to learn more, but the training you deliver is the complete opposite; you provide the understanding and resources needed to be actively used from that day, this is so helpful and has a greater likelihood of impacting on the lives of the children we care for.

Understanding Behaviour

I attended this course together with a group of TAs & LOs. What a great course it was. Bridget opened with a brief outline of what we would be covering, then it was straight into the ice breaker. We played 2 games which involved everyone in the group and lots of laughs. The information shared with us was both very useful and thought provoking. I liked the way Bridget allowed us all to be completely involved in the session. I thoroughly enjoyed the course although it seemed to go too quickly. I guess that was because it was so enjoyable. Thank you Bridget.
